No Returns or Refunds on Fulfilled Orders
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been fulfilled and shipped. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Disliking texture, color, or scent
- Ordering the wrong item
- Customer misuse or improper storage
Damages and Issues
We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase! Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Missing items
- You received the wrong product
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@GooeyGecko.com with:
1- Your order number
2- Clear photos of the item and packaging
3- A brief description of the issue
We will review your case and, if eligible, offer a replacement or store credit.
Exceptions and Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of slime products, we cannot accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
- Slime texture changed due to weather (e.g. melting or stiffening) - Note: refer to our FAQs page for guidance on how to retain slime structure due to weather.
- Slight variations in color, scent, or texture (each slime is handmade and may vary slightly)
- Slime that has been opened or played with
Replacements (If Applicable)
If we approve a replacement for your order, it will be sent to the original shipping address provided, unless otherwise requested.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
