- All orders are handmade to order, so please allow 1-3 business days for processing before shipment.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Time
- Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. International shipping may take up to 14 business days.
- Expedited shipping options are currently being negotiated with different shipping companies; once this is completed, you will see the options available at checkout.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. We do our best to keep shipping as affordable as possible.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to help, but we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
